Maxime - Founder of GetBoo.com		 GetBoo is a personal project started two years ago with the intention of learning web programming. I decided to go online for various reasons; one of them was to acquire real world experience. Since then, more than 1000 users have been using GetBoo and my goal for experience is being fulfilled with the aid of all these users! I am still learning a lot, by starting a degree in software engineering at ETS University in Montreal, Canada. When I started GetBoo, I decided it would be for learning purposes only. Since I believe many users benefit from using GetBoo, I decided to give them a way to support my project by helping me to pay the hosting costs (I am with Dreamhost). Because GetBoo is free for everyone and it will always remain (without any annoying adds either!), I decided to give a little bonus to those who are willing to help me! You can donate any amount by using the PayPal button below and the bonus will apply for every donation as of only $10 USD or more!

Bonus

  • The time limit of 60 days before your public bookmarks appear in the home page recent tags list will be removed.
  • Your username will be appended with a logo Donor logo that will identify you as a donor.
  • You will have extra information fields for your account (Name, Email, Website, Information) that will be displayed in your public bookmarks as your profile information
Simply enter your username in the field provided during the Paypal checkout for the donation (or be logged in your GetBoo account and access this page again - your name will appear in the "product" name). For every donation over 10$ USD, I will activate your account as a donor account. This is a simple bonus that will be added to your account, hence there are no warranties attached to it. It means that your account can still be disabled or even removed if it is caught spamming. This is simply to protect the integrity of the website for all users!
